I had numerous issues this past year including a/c going out during the heatwave on my rental. They charged almost 1/3 of what I got quoted by four seasons for the same repair.

Mike C., the technician was on time, honest, friendly, helpful, and competent. Our AC unit wouldn’t turn on, and it was summer. Mike could have taken advantage of us, but he didn’t. He was honest to let us know that it was the blower motor capacitor that needed to be replaced. We asked him to turn on the AC and later the furnace to make sure they’re working before he left.
